    Returns and Refunds:

    Your satisfaction is our highest priority and if something you ordered is defective or has been damaged during shipping, we will do our best to arrange for a replacement, credit or refund your money within 30 days.

    Instructions for shipping defective or damaged returns:
    If your item has been damaged during shipping PLEASE SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND PACKAGING. Please call us at 1-800-568-6902 or send us an email at with a detailed description of the damage. We will issue you a return authorization number and you may send the item back. Please let us know the cost of the return shipping and that amount will be credited back to you. PLEASE INCLUDE IN THE RETURN PACKAGE your completed return authorization form you received with your order.

    Instructions for shipping non-defective or undamaged returns:
    If you would like to return an item because you are not completely satisfied, you may do so with 30 days of the date of purchase. To return or exchange an item, please follow these insturctions. For a return for refund we will credit your account for the cost of the item - less shipping costs as soon as we receive it. For an exchange we will ship your new merchandise within 36 hours. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send you the new product. Call us at 1-800-568-6902 or email us at so we can issue you a return authorization number. Completely fill out the Return Authorization form you received with your order. Please be sure to insure the package you are returning; we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items damaged during return shipping. Packages must be returned pre-paid.     All merchandise will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

    Fabric:

    Due to the nature of dye lots, the color consistency may vary, therefore, color continuity cannot be guaranteed.
